I am a new boat owner, just purchased a used 1998 Bay Craft Flats Edition witha 1994 Honda 4 stroke 90 hp motor. The problem I am having is finding neutral. The previous owner had no problem but since I have it hard time. any idea what the problem(s) may be (cables or top mount control) I followed the steps like I was told push side button is and shift it to nuetral in middle and buttom should pop out, but this doesn't happen and I can't figure it out please help a fellow new boater
