Harbor Master boat cover 3 year warranty worthless. I purchased a Harbor Master boat cover from Walmart with a 3 year warranty on 4/21/21. This cover has completely disintegrated in less than 15 mos. Cannot find anyone to file claim with for replacement or refund?
I called Walmart Customer Service & they refused to help.

Horrible product. False advertising.

Any suggestions?

Umm....I'm not sure what you paid for the cover, since Wally World lists one at a whopping $71 but often you get what you pay for.

In comparison, the trailerable cover I bought for my boat, custom fit, was over $700....roughly 10x what the Harbor Master lists at. Mine's going on 3 years, looks like new and is Sunbrella fabric.

My suggestion, check the packaging for the cover to see if there's a customer service line for the manufacturer themselves. Otherwise, chalk it up to a learning experience and break out the wallet for a well made cover. It'll pay for itself in the long run.

Typically you need the original packaging and send it all back. When I buy at discount places like WalleyWorld, I figure the purchase is disposible, no warranty unless it is within 90 days. Once beyond that it is yours!!
