Thanks to everyone. It is and was a great day. Got a call from my sister that I haven't talked to in about 3 years. Some friends came to visit, son called, and about half the grandchildren called. Didn't do anything special, but celebrating sober for the first year is special. Next month will be a year being sober on the 26th. Then I will have a bigger celebration by making many batches of home made ice cream.....Can you say YUM!
