Yeah that would have been a plan but again I've only been back to work for 2 weeks after being out 3 weeks for gall bladder surgery.

Well see there you go. You could tell your boss the your gall bladder has been acting up ever since your surgery. He/she would probably not even think about that claim... My wife had hers removed many many years ago. No problem since...

I've still got the gall bladder, but lost a few pieces in the vicinity thereof, so I can empathize with the recovery from that stuff. Blah. Hope it all goes fast and easy for ya'.
