Here is an example of one for $25 and another one for $67

The problem with amazon is they give many items 4 or 5 star reviews and if you read all the 1 and 2 star reviews on the negatives like "broke after a year" or "cheap crap" or was broken out of the box etc.

You would never buy the item. I lean more towards the negative reviews for a more honest user experience. Too many times some sites offer like a $5 coupon on your next purchase if you leave a review. Or the manufacture threatens their employees to leave solicited reviews or suffer our wrath
Positive hotel reviews like on Yelp have become useless to read as the hotels force their employees to leave bogus glowing reviews.
And then you wonder why your hotel stay was a totally different experience from the reviews you read and then booked the room.

So any honest recommendations or experiences with a decently priced reliable portable handheld wind speed indicator?
I wouldn't mind paying the $67 or higher, I just don't want to spend the money and have it die in a year or two off their 4-5 star user reviews.

Thx
