Half power

I had a problem with not idleing and generally running like garbage boat sat for 5 years without much use. I have rebuilt carbs, replaced fuel filter, replaced fuel water seperator and new fuel mid grade. Runs great some times then when trying to come out of hole it would only accelerate to about half throttle the it decides to accelerate. This is not good when in shallow water and need to stay on step.should I rebuild the fuel pump or replace.

Have someone ride with You and pump the fuel ball when your getting on plane, if it goes away I would say its the fuel pump.
