Mary and Doug were out here on a conference and we took them for a river cruise down to Botany Bay to see the sites and enjoy Saturday's beautiful weather. Then flathead for dinner. Great company from a couple of geniunely pleasant people who work hard and enjoy their R and R. They had to go back to Dallas, TX yesterday, more's the pity.

Gotta love those flathead - yummmmyyyy.

How often do you do the 'tourist' thing? Having overseas visitors is a good oportunity to catch up on all the great things that Sydney has to offer. How long was their visit?

Aldo

I work for a multi-national and so get to take out visitors from the US, Europe and Japan quite a bit. However, this is the first couple we've taken any of them boating, it was such a perfect day we couldn't resist showing off our fantastic city! Catching Duskys off Towra Point in Botany Bay and grilling them on the BBQ hotplate with cracked pepper and lemon made for a top day. Unfortunately Mary and Doug were only here for a week, and didn't want to go back!

Mark.
