JUST BOUGHT IT , I HAVE MANUAL .

I SAW A GREASE FITTING ON INTERMEDIATE SHAFT.
If i grease that will it grease the two bearings in housing?
If so how much grease? What kind?

I am hope this will take care of the loud noise and viabration when started, it sound like metal hitting something (ching ching sound).
I did a compression test 143 psi on both cylinders.

What are some good part websites?

I don't know your particular jetski, but I have a 96' 1100 Waveventure, and I have a grease fitting in the front, and rear, of the motor for the bearings. Any good heavy universal marine grease will do, like trailer bearing grease, or triple guard grease.

If it is making noise and vibrating i hardly doubt that greasing it will fix your problem. The problem is already there sounds like maybe your bearings are shot from lack of greasing.

I agree the bearings are probably toast// fill the hull with enough water to get over the bearing housing and look to see if water drips out of the drive shaft opening under the ski// if it does your seals and bearings are bad, if it just rattles from the impeller rubbing on the pump liner you may just need a new pump liner section
