Hi all--just wanted to thank you for a great forum and the wealth of knowledge on this board. You've saved ms so much grief already! I have a 1972 50HP Johnson Hydro-electric shift. I want to change the water pump impeller this winter, but I've read at least one horror story about no-shift-upon-reassembly. I want to do it right the first time! I have a SELOC manual and the tools, just looking for those GOTCHA's that get people. I want to make my next posting another thank-you instead of a HELP!!!
