Guess The Weight

Anyone fancy a guess as to the weight of this rig (boat, motor, trailer)? The boat is a Larson XL-5 (14ft fiberglass), the motor is a 1963 Merc 1000, the trailer is of unknown make (steel). The seats are back-to-back style (not seen in the photo). I am just looking for a ballpark estimate of the weight without fuel, battery, gear, etc...<br />Thanks.<br /><br />

You are probably under 1500 lbs. That engine is around 300 lbs, the hull I am guessing at 800 lbs and that trailer looks pretty light too.

I guess 2,000. Best to take it to a scale to find out for sure.
