grinding when shifting in to reverse 25 hp merc EFI

Runs well, when I put in to forward smooth entry and works as it should, when I put into reverse even from stop, a get a grind (slow but there) when I try to put in reverse after that it works as it should. No other issues. Is this an issue I need to worry about?

I'd check or replace lower unit grease. What are your RPM's at idle? Might be too high.
