If you are the one that does the grilling then here is the way to play all day and still make a GREAT meal. I seen this on one of those cooking shows but then made it my way. First buy a fresh pineapple, one of those buget shank hams and a bag of salt taters.when you get home slice off an inch and a half to two inch thick slab of ham (you will need to saw the bone or cut around it) When ready to grill just put the potatoes on to boil, light the grill, put the ham slab in a bag or dish and ad some pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, and your favorite pepper blend (6 pepper blend from sam's), coat ham well and toss on the grill, baste several times, peel pineapple and cut in thick slices or wedges and put them on the grill to brown. when ham reaches 150-160 your ready to eat. This whole meal is done in the time it takes to boil the potatoes. ENJOY
