Well I bought it! Assuming it runs when we put it in the water. I'll need allot of help as to how to get it ready for the water though. I'll be on the newbie forums often! Thanks guys

looked like a quarter size chunk missing from one prop blade--check it out- may need a little fine tuneing to be awsome!
do all maintance items.

I think it was just the way the picture was taken, but the prop looks in decent shape, no large chunks missing, just a few dings. Since I bought this from a car guy, I'd just assume have you guys tell me how to 'de-winterize' a boat. If its fairly simple I'll do it myself but if not I will take it to the marine. What needs to be done?
