Went to the james river in virginia last friday with my brother in law and caught 2 coolers full of crockers that averaged about a pound to a pound and a half. Here in North Carolina our general assembly has sold out to comercial fishingmen and we can no longer catch fish like that here. I gladly paid the $30.00 for a licence to fish there. There was a time in N.C. that a lot of our little costal towns survived by the sport fisherman spending money in their town but not any more when the fish went north so did the fishermen.
