I have a late 70's 350/volvo 280. In my clymer manual there is a diagram showing a lubrication cup in the flywheel cover. There is a screw in there as a plug. My question is, do you need to install a zerk fitting where the plug is in order to grease the shaft and bearings or is there no way to do this without disassembly? I have heard of people greasing this shaft but without a fitting i don't see how to force the grease in there. Any help is appreciated.
