Grease on inside of wheel

When I hooked the boat up last night I noticed that there was a line of grease running down the inside of the wheel. My guess is the inner seal is shot. My question is how bad is this? I am planning on rehabbing the trailer once the weather turns too cold to take the boat out any longer. Can I just continue to add grease until later this winter or should I pull the hubs and rebuild them now?

The boat is only a 16' fiberglass V-hull Jon Boat maybe weights 300 LBS

keep adding grease, for the time being, the trailer does need some attention. you need to rebuild the winch post so the bow stop is above the eye on the boat. you do this, in case of a quick stop the eye keeps the boat from coming over the winch, and into the tow vehicle. nothing worse than a boat in the back window.
