Got Spark?

I am ready to tackle my "no spark" problem on my Honda 7.5hp OB. I believe it's about a 1984 model.<br />Does anyone have a wireing diagram or schematic that they would be willing to E-Mail to me? It would be greatly appreciated as I wouldn't have to buy the entire manual.

ted,<br /><br />Do the simple stuff first.<br /><br />This engine probably has a safety lanyard/kill switch. Make sure that isn't the issue. <br /><br />It also probably has a device that kills the spark if it is in gear.<br /><br />Fuses?<br /><br />Otherwise, ditto JB.

OK OK I guess I stepped right in there. Very good point about a fool for a mechanic. It's just that I intend to sell it as soon as I get it running and I really dont want to invest in a manual.

IS that a 4 stroke?
