My inlaws are dairy farmers. Father in law had two separate farms plus leased land and claimed to have never made more than a couple of grand in the years he actually made money. Raised and showed draft horses, hunting trips out West, and her two brothers never drove a pickup more then three years old their entire lives.Or the one that buisness owners use , never met one yet that makes any money

Correct, when I took over the family business I looked at cash flow and said why are we financing contractors working on municipal and private projects. Implemented and negotiated progress payments on projects over $50,000. I got called every name in the book but it is accepted now and what that did for the business was amazing.

Look on the bright side.....they would have cost you $1.25 each at my local dollar store.
