Got a new to me boat and outboard. Hit the water yesterday.

Really excited about my new fishing vessel. It's a 14' Alumacraft with a 5hp Sea King. Took it out with the grandfather in law yesterday. Not much luck. Saw a 20+" dead walleye on the bank...

Some days no fish, But now you got the boat so you know you are going to get them sooner or later. Congrats on the boat have fun....

Congratulations. The fish will come. 5 of us fished for 5 hours saturday on the Gatineau river and had one sunfish. Had a great time though.

.9 to 1.4 mph for walleye, sometimes faster. To up your success if trolling, GPS speed and a sonar are must haves. Hope this helps...
