Not sure if there are any board sponsors doing prop rebuilds, but I send mine to Midwest Propeller, http://www.midwestpropeller.com/ . I've always been happy with their service and I usually have my prop back within a week or so. There are sometimes discounts on their website that save 10% or so.

Here in Indianapolis is the Makers of the Turbo Brand props. They also run a full service prop shop. http://www.precisionpropeller.com

I'm usually charge 75.00 for repair, balance, cup on my aluminum prop. (Free paint)

The 2 guys working in this department have about 100 certificates of certification plus the latest equipment to do it right. I'm always pleased and it never takes more than 3 days.
