Good places to go tubing in Hampton roads?

I am in Chesapeake VA and the lock park ramp on the Elizabeth river is the closets ramp to me. Can anyone gave any advise on good places to go tubing? If I have to drive a little I can. Thank you.

The James River is great, nice wide open and generally flat water. We generally launch at huntington park, but that is the Pen side, so would most likely be a bit too much driving, but worth a look.
