My son just received a letter from Ohio University stating that he's eligible for a $1,500 Transfer Dean's Scholarship for the upcoming year! The only stipulation is that he take 16 credit hours/quarter, which, according to him, is no problem. This is a kid who's GPA at Ohio State University never dropped below 3.8!<br />We're proud of him!<br />

Way to go Brian. That is good news. It should save you a little bit of money. Must be nice to have smart kids.

That's great news! It is good to see hard work rewarded.<br /><br />I've managed to help get my two kids thru college without them being burdened with outrageous debt. It isn't easy, and any and all help is appreciated.<br /><br />It's a pretty satisfying feeling as a parent- in that you've done pretty much everything you can do--the rest is up to them.
