I thought for sure, I put everything together last summer for this very day, suppose to be 80 degrees on Wed, No Clouds, No Rain, No Wind, Ice is off the lakes, Fishing License in hand, going to spend the day on the lake and I will be damned, I can't seem to find the fuel line for my boat!

This is one of the Charlie Brown moments!

Arrrrrgggggghhhhh.....

At least you have a splash date. We usually have been on the lake a dozen times by now. With this ridiculous cold and rain no one in our armada has splashed yet. April is big Cat's and we should be Walleye hunting now. The water is over the tires on the trailer in the driveway. I haven't been able to cut the lawn, it's underwater. No such thing as global weather change, White Horse Yukon is 89F today, 50F here in southern Ontario.

Maybe not, tried to test fire this evening and it was a no joy situation, ran like a top when I put it away last fall, no fire in the motor today, so I got some work to do to see what is going on....

All of our lakes are so flooded you can barely even get a boat on them. We've been out once so far this year. Between the weather and a new baby, I'm about to the point of just writing this season off. :'(

Lucky you. I need a river gage of 11.5' just to put my lift back in. Currently at 20.5', with a slow slope down to 18.5'. We'll be watching the July 4th fireworks from our deck.
