Good Idea for Checking trailer lights.

Read this on another webpage, thought it was a good idea so i'm sharing it.

I sometimes see boaters checking their trailer lights in the following fashion: One person sits in the tow vehicle while his or her partner stands behind the trailer shouting directions. “OK, running lights!” “All right, now step on the brake!” “Good, now left signal ...”

There’s a much easier way: Simply turn on your parking lights and your emergency flashers at the same time. The trailer lights are two-element bulbs, so you can now see at a glance if everything back there is working. No more yelling in parking lots.

DC

Yep. Then you just need to push the brake and at the same time check the trailer's stoplights

Fortunately there are such wonderful things as shop's windows. Serves as a big mirror and makes things easy... :)

Some trailers have detachable light bars that connect to the trailer harness with a little extra wire. In such cases the detached yet still connected lights can be checked from the drivers seat.

Hear about the 2 blondes checking their blinkers. The one behind trailer keep yelling "Its working, no its not, its working, no its not, its working, no its not, its working, no its not." :D

Now that's funny, thanks. Here's a blonde money saving tip, you can get shoes for $.85 at the bowling alley.
