good customer service

Not often I plug a company but here,s my little story.Some how I lost my drivers side pad on my 3 inch round side step bars.There,s 2 pads per bar and the bars are stainless steel.I was inquiring at my local custom shop about buying a new pad and the owner called the mfg customer service line.First ,they are lifetime warranty,second if they could not find the pads they said they would replace the bars with new ones.I bought these bars in 2006 .Well the pads are still available ,so I figured they would send me a new one,nope!They are going to replace all 4 pads" as it wont look right with just one new one." So , good going Trailfx!

As usual when your dealing with several different people at god knows where, you get many different answers and results.Got just 1 pad.im ok with it, at least I didn't have to pay for it.

Nah I know the dealer and he,s not like that.I believe that more than half the time the people on the phone are clueless.Normally their from who knows where .I had the same issue with a hyundia genny where one persons answer was 100 percent different than the next,and in that one they lost bigtime .All I was expecting originally was a new pad anyways.Frankly I didn't even realize that they were covered under the lifetime warranty.

I just returned a part sent in error and customer service was 100% in sorting it out! Now the wrong part sent originally...that's another issue!
