Hi, I bought a 2001 Honda BF15A. I paid 1400 bucks for it canadian and it has onl ran 10 tanks of gas threw it. Did I make a good purchase and how are these engines relaible? or did they have problems
Sounds like a fair price considering the price of a new one. They are a good engine. I have been mine since about 1993-94 w/o any problems other than changing to a hotter thermostst for trolling. They do like clean gas as the orfices are small.
