going to 15 inch wheels

i ordered new sliders and new jeep style aluminum fenders for my trailer ,,and all new bolts and hardware ,,,,,,,,ill be reusing my 26 inch springs ,,,,,,,the sliders i got coming are for 25 1/4 inch springs ,but i got 1/2 inch larger links ,so i think it will bolt up..........my question is i realy want to go to 15 inch trailer tires so i can get the same centerline hellcat rims as i use on my truck [looks cool] ,,,,but the sliders say they are for 14 inch tires ,,,,,,,,,,,can i just add more hight some how ,,,,,how about bigger/longer links ,,,,how long is safe ,,,im at 2 inches right now i ordered 2 1/2 inches but am thinking of going longer ......what about some spacers between the axels and springs...

I would look at raising the fenders as a first choice.

Four wheel drive affianados do spacers all the time. Compare outside diameter of tires (not just rims) take difference and divide by two. That is your Minimum spacer distance. Make sure your new Ubolts are adequate for some additional torque the axle will put on the spring connection.<br />Matching wheels should look cool. Be happy and enjoy life. Batavier
