GM 350 oil filter threads?

So I am doing a 305-350 swap in my 1988 maxum. everything is of the same vintage. I stripped the old block and was assembling the new one up. and went to spin on the oil filter, but there is no threads in the block.

my old block has already been scrapped weeks ago. So what do I need to buy to get this in my new 350?

your missing the bypass plate. it's held in the block by 2 bolts. A chevy dealer should be able to get you another one. Even an auto parts store might carry one

the ac delco 1218 filter fits right on that and nothing else is needed?
