I have a Tohatsu MFS15B2 and wondering what kind of "glue" or sealant I should use to re-affix the rubber gasket or seal around the base of the cowling. The previous owner used some kind of gooey foam that I'm trying to clean up now (what a mess!). Does the OEM just use some kind of two-sided tape on a replacement piece? I don't really need to replace the rubber, as it's still on good shape. Just need to re-attach it so it stays in place.
