Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let all of you in on what kind of service I recently got from Glastron. I have a 1987 Glastron Conroy X-19 that I intend to restore this winter or spring. The boat is in excellent shape except for the transom, floor, and stringer system. All the wood must be replaced. Well, to make a long story short, I called Glastron around Dec. 20-22 and to my surprise, I got a human. They answered the phone right off the bat. Funny thing was, when she said "Glastron boats, how may we help you today?" I didn't say anything. I was waiting for the computer say something else. Then to my surprise, it was a live human being. She quickly patched me through to the master technician and I asked him if they still had the original diagrams and if it would be possible for me to get a copy of them. He said he wasn't sure if they still had them, but if they did he would mail me some copies. Two days ago I look in the mail box and there is an envelope with not only the diagrams I needed, but it even showed the assembly methods. He also included a business card with all his info on it and wrote that if I needed anything else just let him know. I just felt I should pass this on. I know that whenever I decide to buy a new boat, Glastron will be the first company I look to
