Glastron 195 Engine Questions

My brother and I just had a 195 Ski Fish 1995 model boat given to us and we are trying to get this boat to run agian. It has the volvo penta 5.0 FI engince. It was my grandfathers who came down with alzhimers and it has not be ran in 3-4 years. We have purchased a new starter and cylinod for the engine. I was wonderin if anyone has any advice on what best to do with it. I am ok with mechanics. I own a Classic Mako but have twin outboars. I am lost with this inboard outboard deal. Thanks tim

2),... Do a Full,+ Complete Service,...... Check,+ Change the Fliuds..... Tune-up,... Filters,.... Etc......

That will at least get you going. Hopefully the fuel system isn't all pluged up from bad fuel. I would sure hook up a remote fuel tank with new fuel to start it with, and get rid of the old fuel out of the tank.
Might also consider pulling the distributor out and priming the oil system, all the bearings are pretty dry after 4 years, same with the cylinders.
But you WILL need the OEM service manuals to get into that process.
