Gimble bearing grease!

Ok I read alot of threads on gimble bearing grease and the consensus is any wheel bearing grease will do. My OEM book recomends a grease that I can't find. so I asked the marine shop and was handed a tube of evinrude/Johnson EP wheel bearing grease (Red). Any issues with the RED stuff?
1988 OMC 460 knig Cobra.

Basically any grease rated for roller bearings will be fine for that application, I use the Pennzoil Marine trailer wheel bearing grease.....
