When i put the Gimbal bearing back in & Oil Seal do i need to put some sealant around it , or is it going to be tight a fit.Also I have a New lower shift cable , There is a nut on the end at the gear housung ,How do i tighten this ...thxs
I'm not sure about the cobra drive but my gimbal bearing was spinning inside the housing (ralco)it wasn't that bad - I used loctite 660 retaining compound to seat the bearing and it worked a treat. I suppose it depends on how badly worn the housing is.
