gimbal bearing removal?

hello guys, 1987 searay 350 eng, finally I remove bell housing, exhaust bellow, shift cable, shift cable bellow, exhaust bellow, gimbal bearing is bad what is a good way to pull this out I don't think been changed before. thanks

I went to Autozone and did the Loan-A-Tool on a 3 jaw puller. It is free in the end if you bring the tool back. 2 hard whacks and it was out.
