Is it possible to get out of a vehicle lease after one year on a four year lease? A couple we know ask and I told them that my iboats buddies would know. ps, It is a Ford lease.

OMC,<br /><br />According to Ford's lease FAQs,
You may terminate your lease early by following the instructions contained in the "Voluntary Early Termination" section of your lease agreement.
Your friend needs to check out that section for the straight skinny.

Yah..............but it's gonna cost them :eek: :eek: :( . Have them review thier lease, then talk to the dealer they leased from. They should get the best results dealing directly with the orginal leasing company. Good luck to them.

It will be expensive, but it can be done, basically your are purchasing the car at the contract price and then selling it back to the credit company.

They ended up buying out their two vehicles and then swapping them in on cheaper ones....lost a bunch just like aspeck said.
