This past week, I uncovered the 'old' boat (Chris*Craft 24), summerized it, painted the outdrive, replaced the zincs and started the motor. Kicked right over and ran to operating temp w/no issues thank goodness. Yesterday I hooked up the trailer and towed the rig to the broker who's listed it for sale. Keeping my fingers crossed that it sells soon- I'm so freakin' broke right now! :)

After that, the admiral and I rode over to the marina where the 4Winns has been on the hard all winter, and as luck would have it, they unwrapped it while we were there. The drives are serviced and ready to go back on. Manifolds and risers were replaced last fall. Still to go is a tune-up on both motors, bottom paint, installation of the new GPS and fishfinder.. and a full detailing of the boat (my anniversary gift to Linda). Could launch as early as this week, but not firm just yet.

While I was there I took the measurements I need to reposition the mooring whips at my summer dock (it's a longer boat), and today I'll mount them up and put dock lines in place.

Last of the eisenglass replacement work I needed done is being finished right now and will be ready this week, too.

It's been a horrible winter and spring, but we're nearly there- I'm pumped!
