Yup, the ham is almost done, Family here, and I'll be a stuffed lazy couch potato shortly! Merry Christmas!

Cured the pork and made our own ham again ... better than the first time! Yum! I will never buy a store ham again ...

Pork loins are down to 1.78/# at the grocery store. Will probably buy some this week and am planning on making both hams and Canadian bacon. Gotta check first with the custom butcher just up the road and see what he may have for pork loins first. Sometimes people will not want the whole animal when they bring it in so he usually has meat to sell.

Grub, we actually had both a Turkey AND a Ham. Lots of food leftover and I am so happy as well. :thumb:

I might had to add more floatation foam in the boat now :facepalm:
