Alright so the boats I have been looking at all seem to be on stands or blocks, none come with trailers. This doesn't mean much as after I get it ready it will remain at the marina.
My question is, what is a good method of getting a boat from stands/blocks onto a trailer. I'm talking a 23-27' boat here as well so figure 4000+ lbs.
I will most likely be borrowing a trailer from a friend (roller, not a bunk) so I assume you would jack the front of the boat, get the railer under it, and then work your way back until the weight of the boat is on the trailer, then winch it up?
Any and all comments would be a help.
