.....been boatless since last Aug, and will be until this Aug. So I don't have any boat stories/issues to share.
So, eye doc prescribed Lumigen drops for my pre-glaucoma. $230 for 2.5 ml after insurance kicked in $40. I whined to the ophthalmologist, asking for a generic. He prescribed Latanoprost. $18 for two 2.5 ml vials.
Moral: If you have sticker shock at the pharmacy, leave the drug and call you doc. Once you take the pricey package it's yours. No returns. I forgot this and have the first vial of apparent liquid gold.

Plus I have noticed that GoodRX is cheaper than my insurance in most cases.
