Gearcase lube for 60's MW SeaKing, 5hp ?

anyone know what kinda of gearcase lube I should use for a 60's MW SeaKing, 5hp ? Thanks

I don't own a SeaKing, but it's a fair guess that 90 Hypoid oil is appropriate for a non-electric shift engine from the 60's. You can get it in any boat or auto store.

Would be good to give us your model number from the mounting clamp.So we can confirm the year and who built the motor.<br />Most likely it does use standard gear lube available at walmart,kmart,most any auto parts store, any marina.etc etc.<br /> Spike
