gearbox oil leak

I have a 1980 90hp chrysler when i went to flush the motor i noticed oily water coming out at the front part of the leg where the lower leg joins the mid section /just in front of the the pin hole that water comes out . Is this normal or should no water come out of that joint anywhere

This could be unburnt two stroke oil and water leaking from the exhaust inside. But check you gear box oil to make sure its not coming from there..
