Gear Oil leaking- Help

My port engine which is a 75 HP Honda 4 stroke is weeping gear oil out what looks to be a small weep hole in front of the oil fill screw opening where you fill the lower unit. I had these serviced in September and never noticed a leak until I put the engines in the down position on the trailer and it just dribbling out. Is there a seal that let go there in the lower unit? Is that just overflow? I opened up the oil fill opening and it was completely full. Anythoughts?

the most common seal for that leak is the oil seal under the water pump base...or you could take off the lower unit and take it to a shop to have it pressure tested...you can pull up parts diagrams at boats.net
