Gear Lube Leak

Some of you may remember some of my other threads on this. Basicailly my gear lube reservoir is emptying its self in the bilge. The hose, reservoir and quick connect fitting are not leaking. I change the quick connect fitting that connects to the through transom part with no luck. There is no lube in the bellows and after filling up the reservoir before winter storage when I went back this weekend it was empty. There IS gear lube at the back of the engine so the only thing I can think of is it is the through transom part. Does anyone know what this part is and what is involved in replacing it?
