Gasket sealer needed between block and oil pan on Honda 9.9?

I'm retrofitting a power head on a 2010 Honda 9.9. I have a new gasket between the block and oil housing "pan" but it looks like the old one may have had a light coat of sealer, can't quite tell for sure. I do have "high temp" silicone oil-resistant sealer that looks suitable.

Also, if someone has the torque specs for mounting the block (bolts underneath), would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
BB

If new gasket has double glue coating on both sides, don't need a sealer, will seal once OB is working, just adjust hand tight with wrench all lower bolts, don't over tight though, retorque all bolts after some hours use.

Happy Boating
