gasket oozing out.

The spagetti gasket in my power head seems to be coming out of a small gap in the block. I rebuild the power head about 3 years ago. This gasket was installed with OMC gasket sealant. How serious is it? I would like to make it till this winter before i fix it (don't use the boat much). The motor is running fine.

Bob...... I've been around quite awhile but that's a first for me. I've never encountered that before. However, crankcase pressure is obviously pushing that spaghetti seal out. Why?........ I have no idea.

As long as the engine runs as it should and the mixture is being forced out that area, I would think that it would be okay to use the engine UNLESS fuel starts flying out and around. BUT do take the time to correct the problem when time and weather permits.
