Re: gas tank size, any one know?
The size of your motor has no relation to how many gallons of gas your tank holds. Find your gas tank and measure it [length, width, and height]. Measure it in inches and multiply the LxWxH this will give you how many cubic inches your tank has in volume, divide that by [144] that is how many cubic inches there are in one cubic foot. now you know how many cubic feet of volume your gas tank has. One cubic foot of volume equals 7.5 gallons of gas, so multiply the volume of your gas tank in cubic feet times 7.5 and that will tell you how many gallons of gas your tank holds. Good luck.
