Gas Tank Access Cover 1988 Sea Ray Seville

Where is the gas tank access cover on a 1988 Sea Ray Seville 16 ft. Bow Rider with OB engine? I want to check or replace the fuel gauge sending unit. Do I need to rip out the floor or the stern seats to locate it? Thanks in advance.

OK. I finally found the access cover. It is under the stern bench seat floor board but is only half-way exposed. The main floor board covers a good part of it. Going to be tough getting my hands (and tools) in there. Smallest socket wrench in the tool box should get at those little nuts. If they were screws I never would be able to get them out.
