i have a 91' 30hp johnson and it seems to foul plugs regularly. what is the proper fuel mixture for this engine? i had heard that johnson had some later 80's or early 90's that took the 100/1 ratio?<br /> thanks, likearock

What plugs are you using? What fuel? What oil? What ratio? Extended idle? We need more info.

You could use a hotter plug but I sure wouldn't reccommend it if you are going to use high test fuel.

One of the best. Are sure you are using 16 oz. to 6 gallons?
