Gas/Oil Mix

Could someone please tell me the proper gas/oil ratio for a 1956 Rd-18 30 hp Johnson? The manual I have does not give this information. Thanks

I beleave that year engine uses 24:1

An RD18 is a 1956 30hp. And yes, 24:1 mix.

Thank You .. I just caught my mistake and fixed it. It is a 30 hp ... not 40.
