gas in water tank

we have a 97 seadoo speedster w/ twin engines (80's)...having trouble with starboard moter starting...brought to mechanic, said was getting bad mix, water in gas tank...

port motor starting fine...

is there any way to get the water out of the tank ourselves???... we have the boat out of the water
